So I tried to start the old girl today. 
 

No joy.

100psi on pots1, 2 & 3….

40 psi on pot 4.

 

Bugger.

I did that once with my gpz750, only to discover it had an 810 big bore conversion. Hmmmmm...

I have spent a fair few hours perusing the japan webbike site recently for the gpshed and realised that there is a lot of stuff the i really, really, reallly, really need.

Threw some oil down the bores today, and the bike coughed into life.

Anyone got a piston kit?

And a set of cams?

The blowby is remarkable, when combined with the worn cams, it runs like a bag of shîte.
