Gary
Guys, I just bought a set of EBC clutch plates for my 2001 Yamaha YZ426, the plates come with no instuctions what so ever.. I notice that on the friction plates, the dogs that stick out from the plates have either no notch, 1 notch or 2 notches. When fitting the plates to my clutch, what is the collective wisdom, should I stagger the notches or align them together? I was going to align them, but figured I would ask. There is no phone number on the EBC site so I can't even call them to ask. Cheers Gary
ssray
Stagger them, and dont forget to soak them in oil for a while first. Ray
Gary
I soaked them for 3 hours, but didn't see your reply so I fitted them all ligned up.. I have to recheck clutch play after the weekend (I am running a rekluse auto clutch) so will stagger them when I recheck the play next week..
