I destroyed a rear wheel on my IT, bought full set of spokes and a new hub, my brother in law laced and trued it.  He'd never done one before and it turned out mint perfect.

He is quite a gifted tool maker by trade.  Or was until he retired.

I've built my own MTB wheel.  It's great.  Have a guide that makes it simple...

If you have time then have a go yourself 💪

Staffordshire wanted £270 to build using my parts, CWC, not enquired but feel they'll be more, I used to live near them.

DIY, it’s not hard, it takes time and patience, but even I can do it moderately well.
