Forming cones

Im making some exhausta for the AS1. Things are progressing well.

The final baffle cone gies from... about 70mm diameter down to 15mm.

Rolling every other segment is simple enough.

How to get down to 15mm is a sticking point.

The rollers are inch.

Split the cone into thirds or quarters lengthways and wheel it... not sure if this will stretch the metal and put the measurements out.

Source some cone rollers that go down to under 15mm... anyone?

Anyone got any ideas on how? Noting im attempting this in 1mm titanium, the yield strength of the metal is annoyingly high, even rolling the smaller sections takes noticably longer than working with mild steel.

All sensible suggestions welcome.

Luckily his classic '100 year Reich - The Walter Kaaden edition' is available in all good book stores.

I'd do it in halves and get them knifed with a press brake, the lines should polish out if the tooling is small enough. Local LEV company or someone who does sheet metal should be able to help.
