Zzr11 fork seals- not lasting

The zzr11 and fork seals

I've replaced them at least 3 times in about 14 months.

I either use one or skf seals.

There is no damage to the stanchions or the chrome, when I'm refitting I tape the top of the stanction so there's no chance of a sharp edge,I also use red rubber grease sparingly on the inside of the seal

Going to do them(maybe just the leaking one) hopefully next week

Any tips? Apart from send them to someone?

Use 600 grade wet and dry on the tubes too, wrap the paper round the tube and rotating the tube while sliding sliding the paper up and down, if that makes any sense.

Make one of these out of a plastic milk bottle to check its not leaking due to dirt first.
