Well I’m impressed….

He isn't hanging about is he? The tyres and brakes must have been in tatters when he came in again.

Just for reference on how bikes have come on though, that Aprilia just vanished ahead!

That is damn impressive - warp factor and still handling the tight stuff. Respect.

Very smooth and quick which is what you'd expect from an ex BSB Stock Thou rider. I simply can't work out how the CB500 lap record is a couple of seconds faster than that.

I don't think they have brakes on their bikes.

It is the only explanation.

The busa definitely does not have a  standard braking system. There's what looks like a remote span adjuster, the cable going across the instruments. Plus the pot for the master cylinder looks like a Brembo unit, very similar to the one on my 1198(do keep up Mr. Bond👍). On the Suzuki it's still an integrated unit

I was talking about the nutters on the CB500s that are faster!😄

That’s a Gen-2 radial braked Busa.

I’d understand if it was a Gen-1 being so fast through the corners, in that case slowing down for corners isn’t really an option with the Tokico 6-plops…  🤣

He said “it’s a Brembo RCS19 master”
