As a rule, I avoid intricate, detailed paintjobs because the detail and tie and effort that goes in to achieving it just gets completely lost in the pics, so it's a bit pointless. So, when the whole splatter idea was first suggested, it still had to be block colours, which is why Phil went down the road that he did with a sort of fade from block at the front to splats at the back. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is actually a video going soon that I did for Phil with all the lids and the progression etc. It actually leads up to the bit you see in the video of me say "and now this is the latest one" or whatever it is.
