Damnthistinleg Posted October 24, 2020 Report Share Posted October 24, 2020 Among a million other little jobs I want to do this winter, is the engine from my XL250R that I need to rebuild. It's pretty shagged with a huge amount of bore wear but still salvageable with a piston kit. The main issue is the classic Honda cam journal wear that all these motors used to suffer from. Megacycle have done repair/rebuild kits for these engines for years and I'm fine to do all the machining myself. I just need to find a decent UK outlet for the bits.
