agressor
Hey Guys, it will get mental with this piece of shit. After import rebuild kit from Spain I did restoration of master cylinder. Did everything like in instruction but it makes puffing sound when I press the lever. Its sound of escaping air from one of the gaskets. It mix air with fluid and its impossible to bleed it. What I have done wrong, how to fix it? Im angry as hell because rebuild kit cost me almost as much as new mc from HEL brakes. Need help. Regards Tom

There is a lip on the seal that can go in the wrong way.

Well first of all I rebuld it one more time, put new grease on all parts. At the end most tricky thing, Guy from Beringer told me to cut small hole in the dust seal, so there is no forced air (which can go smoothly out). Now I bleed it one more time and I suppose that is good (hope so).
