leey
So my mate has booked me on a James Whitham trackday at Mallory Park. Slightly concerned the Db limit is 98 and my little zxr 400 struggles with being a bit fruity on the 104Db. Any tips on repacking an exhaust and the best product to use. Cheers Lee

Evilchicken0
104 is quite loud - your going to shove a baffle in there and make the fuelling rich just when youre going to use the engine full on.
leey
I've purchased some acousta-fil hopefly a repack will shave some Db off.
hawkati
just baffle it. That'll take the edge off the noise and you'll not suffer from the engine being choked much. Far easier to do.
