Acid Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 hi all thinking of fitting an R6 front end (wheels forks yokes ect 07) to my nc30 and wondered if anyone could tell me the stem dimentions ect of the R6, I was looking to refresh the front end of my Nc30, and rather that spend 500 odd getting it rebuilt i can get a state of the art front end that will be much better than any uprating i do the the nc30 fron RWU forks. any ideas welcome Acid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
monty_zac Posted April 14, 2009 Report Share Posted April 14, 2009 Rick Oliver makes a few kits that you can use to swap front ends on the NC, he has 916 and ZXR kits but I haven't seen one for the R6. Sure it would work ok though, most things will fit with a bit of work. si.likes.guiness Posted April 14, 2009 Report Share Posted April 14, 2009 use the nc30 stem in the r6 yokes is the easiest.ive just put the new r6 forks in my nsr its in the 2 stroke section.the actual stems were pretty close to each other and the same length,but to save hassle just get the vfr stem pressed into the r6 yokes.im having a stem made as i sold my rvf 400 forks with my nsr stem in Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
