Not really too surprising, no apology, no explanation, lets just sidle off now we've been corrected by a grown up, back at the station. I originally saw this on the guys own youtube channel, he's a bit of a punk rock activist who films marches, benefit concerts, strikes and demos. If i remember the full story he was filming the police stop and searches in and around Worcester or the Gloucester floods. And yes it is a quite unique accent.
