noely02
i'm having a go at repairing the fairings on the zzr, one of the lowers has been repaired in the past, evidence of fibre glass on the inside, but the opposite side has got a f*uck tonnetm of filler. any ideas on how to remove it without causing too much damage, all the suggestions online say heat or ripper flap wheels. thefatman
Get a wood chisel under the edge of it and lever it off. If you flex the panel it should be possible to crack the filler as well making it easier.

Don't crack it, leave it whole, so you've got a spare porcelain fairing for special events...
