willbloke
I need to get my TS125R crank reconditioned and barrel re-bored. It's on std bore at the mo' , but picked up a ring , no real scoring . Who can I trust this to ? Last rebore I got locally was wank , slack as rsoles . I want to look after this one ! Cheers. porter_jamie
the best bloke i have ever found to do cranks is a chap called Lorrie who works at Webbs of Lincoln. He did an amazing job - previously i had the rd400 race cranks rebuilt by an outfit nottingham way, they wouldnt last a season, whereas the Webbs ones were perfect at the end of the year. They are a yam dealer, dont know if they take on other stuff. They have rebored mates stuff, and everyone i spoke to says good things. i dont know if this Lorrie chap still works there, be worth asking.
