BudgetBoy
can anyone tell me a good suspension settings for fast road for someone 15stone First you will need to uprate your standard fork internals (springs) as these are only .762kg/mm You either want .95kg/mm or 1.0gk/mm springs based on your weight. Your rear shock is also wrong as its 6.4kg/mm and you want 7.625kg/mm So you want a 7.6kg/mm spring. Once you have done this you can then renew all the oils in the shocks and set up your sag.Set the rebound, comp etc to factory setting and then set your sag. Rider sag & Static sag.. Then fine tune it to your needs after some ride outs. Simples. Hope that helps.
