chrisexup
Electrics are a complete mystery to me. Can i mount a coil without using the big chunky bolt holes each end? i would like to zip tie the coil to a tube, but i'm worried that the coil needs earthing through the mounting bolts as well as the -ve spade connector, is that the case? Hendo
Yes the coil needs to be earthed. You could zip tie it to whatever you want, and run some decent sized cable (6mm?) to one of the lugs from the frame to earth it? Should still work ok, although i couldnt be sure
chrisexup
Cheers Hendo, i'll stick with a metal bracket in that case.
