B@W Posted January 6, 2009 Report Posted January 6, 2009 I restoring an '85 GSX-R750 Slab side. Has anybody got experience or recommendations for anodisers. The frame has minor corrosion and pitting, mainly in areas which aren't visible. I'm looking to match the OE finish exactly as I'm trying to get the bike as close to as new as possible. Mark

blow_away Posted January 8, 2009 Report Posted January 8, 2009 Hiya B@W Drop me a PM if you are coming to Brizzle - Reality MWorks is not an easy place to find - it's only 5 mins from my house. Also be aware that they only do the bead blasting, powder coating and diamond cutting. The polishing, anodising and plating is all sub contracted to AG Metals and S&T Plating, both in Bristol (AG Metal is next door to Reality MWorks). All of these companies have a very good reputation amongst the bike and car restorers nationwide, hence they are not the cheapest
