roastdinajima
I'm just about to put some new (bendix sintered) pads in my 07 cbr600rr and wondered if they need bedding in and if so whats the best way?
Tomfoolery
The DocJohn/Millemille method suggested to me is get to 100mph, brake as hard as you can down to 30mph, but do not stop, then back up to 100 again. Repeat this upto 10 times and your pads are ready.
lorenzo
Although there's another school of thought that you should just put them in, clean your discs off, clean your calipers while you're at it too, and then just ride. It's always worked for me...
