banoffee
Trying to explain to someone what size c-spanner they need. I have the correct size (and a shock it fits). Do I measure the diameter of the outside or the inside of the preload ring in question?
lorenzo
You can get them ones with a wobbly end. I've got 2 and they do everything on every bike I've ever had. Money well spent. But I don't know the answer to your question though.
spacemonkey
They are normally marked with the working range that they cover. I always assumed this was the OD of the nut before the slots were cut in it... I never really checked though, normally just try a couple and one fits better than the others....
