cbr600 2001 sport cold missfire

Hi, just picked up this track bike, it has race ignition, loom & ecu & power commander,& some kind of ten kate bellmouths or something. fitted but has just a standard engine in now as the racer blew the tuned one up .

When I start it from cold it missfires& backfires & cylinders 1 & 2 take longer to warm up than 3 & 4. When the engines warm the problem goes away. any ideas you clever lot before & strip it down in a crazy attempt to fix it.

Thank you sir, I,ll bear that in mind, I think it might be best I take it to a dyno place then they will have a better idea than I of sorting it. Its fitted with a power commander, I,ve a spare loom & ecu to try too but the loom has a blasted alarm wired in it with no key fobs doh.
