Powerwheelie
Would a rs 125 be good for a 200 mile trip in one day or not ?
SHimmer45
yeah be fine... keep varying the revs and id be inclined to turn the oil pump up slightly. oil plug better than nipping up

Easier than turning up the oil pump> So yeah it should be okay to do 200 mile with a few stops. It's in spot on conditon last time i checked it had 160psi. rgvneil
My bro rode 155 miles to Le Mans in just over 3 hours cruising happily at 85mph. Good little bikes those.

Good stuff, I've got a Lammy GP 225 with a TS1 engine engine to keep up with. If anyone knows about lammy's they'll know my 125 is gonna have to work hard lol. wazrs257
If you add pre-mix you'll need to up-jet to compensate, as a slightly smaller proportion of the fuel will be petrol & hence a leaner mixture. Apart fom that, go for it.

I made this post to see if i should buy myself a 4t 125 for the trip. I done this trip on an xr125 last year and 55 flat out drivin part was so boring. The rs was only getting 14 ish mpg tho and done nearly a full litre of modul 710 oil.
