rossm
I'd rather stick a new battery on a battery tender overnight, think they come with about 80% charge when new
Jaybewan
You'll be best to charge it properly on a decent charger as it'll condition the battery properly and make it last better in the long run. Not sure what to suggest... There not anywhere/anyone local that has one you can nab?

Boozybloke
If you're asking if it will work straight away- yes. If you're asking if you should use it without charging- no, but your bike won't burst into flames and melt across the road, the battery might not last as long or be as strong as it should, that's all. madmike
Put it on charge for a few hours (until the green light came on the charger) while I was out at TriGGer's garage helping Conica tweak the ZXR750 ready for the road eating a tuna butty. When I came home, put it in and.... FUCK ME.... the engine span round so bloody quick! it sounds 17262528 times better! So hopefully tomorrow at 8:30am! She'll be screaming into life!
