Have a friend who has just bought a cbr600rr3,i went to look it over for her and it turns out its a californian import complete with all the extra emissions evap canister and pipework.What i was wondering is can this all be removed and chucked as its unnecessary in the uk or is the ecu different to a UK cbr and should be left alone?Are the power outputs any different?Any help muchly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mr.Pigdog Posted August 14, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 Cheers mate-any advice is helpful!!I'll have a go at removing the evap canister today-just got to get hold of some vacuum blanking rubbers.I have reservations as the bellypan has melted against the exhaust at some point and i'm not sure if a californian spec bike runs extra cats in the exhaust headers.OR is it because its one of them cheap chinese replica bodykits Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
