Fitting different downpipes to an srad

Hi guys

Something lorenzo said in a different thread has made me think about fitting a set of downpipes from a later k model gsxr so i can have the lightness of titanium.

Any idea if these are a straight fit and which model should i use?

Have a little look on this thread. Obviously, I'm not 100% certain about what's what, there seems to be a bit of conflicting info out there, but it's something I'm looking to try myself at some point if I can get myself a bargain.

fitted k1 and 2 down pipes to srad,just round the oil fillter is tight,as far as i can remember.

Del on oldskoolsuzuki had a set of K1000 titanium downpipes on his 600SRAD, fitted no probs apart from being a tad close to the rear fairing section. a K5 link pipe then fits if you want to run a slip-on can.
