smobytoe Posted June 30, 2010 Report Share Posted June 30, 2010 hi there, i just got a second hand harris crash bung for the clutch/lower of my 2000 r1. the issue im having is that the actuall nylon part does not really want to screw into the alloy part. i have taken a thread file to the nylon to make sure its all good but still tight as foook. any ideas? i done want to fit it if there is no chance of getting it off again.
