I had a quick look for the manual to her bike earlier, but I'll be fucked if I can work out where she's put it. SPRING PRE-LOAD ADJUSTMENT The set length 176.4 mm (6.94 in) provides the maximum spring pre-load. The set length 186.4 mm (7.34 in) provides the minimum spring pre-load. STD length: 181.4 mm (7.14 in) DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTMENT Rebound side Turn the damping force adjuster clockwise fully. It is at stiffest position and turn it out to standard setting position. STD position: 1 1/2 turns out from stiffest position [Fine-tune the adjuster by turning it slightly until two punch marks align.] Low speed Compression side Turn the damping force adjuster clockwise fully. It is at stiffest position and turn it out to standard setting position. STD position: 1 3/4 turns out from stiffest position [Fine-tune the adjuster by turning it slightly until two punch marks align.] High speed Compression side Turn the damping force adjuster clockwise fully. It is at stiffest position and turn it out to standard setting position.
