carni748 Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 ive recently replaced the fuel tank on my 748 due to the previous owner having put a much older tank on the bike complete with 7 holes. ive refitted the fuel pump, replaced all seals etc but the bike pisses petrol with the ignition on. with both connectors attached securely ive noticed that petrol is pumping from the fuel tube(black connetor only). all the parts ive used are correct. anyone had this problem before? and know of where i can get replacement fuel connectors and quick-release connectors(the things that the fuel connectors sit in) as ducati charge extortianate prices.
