originalracingsnake
Went to fit the switch I was gifted by a very kind PB forum member and the 1st sign of trouble was when the washer from the OEM bolt would not slip over the banjo bolt.... Seems there are 2 sizes, 1.0 and 1.25........ Can anyone who has fitted a pressure banjo switch on a GSX-R 1000K5 please confirm the rear m/cyl requires a 1.0 and not a 1.25? Ta muchly. alexp5
If you're referring to the thread pitch, I know that Suzuki's (mostly) use 1.0mm threads.
lorenzo
The thread thing is not really that much to do with the bike make, more the brand of master cylinder or caliper: Nissins use one, tokicos the other, however, from memory I can't remember which is which, or what brembos are for that matter. TriGGer
Either way the pitch of the thread wont affect the diameter, and hence the washer, not fitting. IIRC my K3 and K6 have M10x1.25 pitch banjo's as standard.
