ZXR750H1 Forks

Alright guys and girls. I've finally gotten round to the stage of getting my forks set up; the seals are changed and they're ready for Oil. The manual I have says 445cc of 5W in each leg. Any thoughts? Don't want to put this in only to be told that there is a better recommendation!

As always, look forward to hearing from you ZXR experts out there.

A couple of the guys in thunderbikes are using original H1 forks, which were set up by Steve Jordan, Its probably worth giving him a call to chat and see if he can make any recommendations.

Here's his shop details. http://www.stevejordanmotorcycles.co.uk/

Edit, sorry I couldnt be of more help, but I've got ZX7R forks in my H1. :D

Thanks Dave; I'll give him a shout. I am most jealous of your ZX7R front end, if nothing else it looks $1,000,000!
