Gregorious77 Posted March 9, 2010 Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 As some of you may be aware I am looking into a knock and vibe on my 99 ZX6R. I have taken the clutch cover off and removed the plates leaving just the basket in place. The inner drum is perfect and has zero play but the outer basket has play in it, in and out! The manual has no mention of specs on play so before I borrow an impact gun and compressor is this play normal or not? I am thinking any play is bad and it could be my knocking problemo.
