You really do not want to use the 7R wheel as it just creates loads of hassle and weighs 2 1/2 kilos more than the 10R one. All you need to do is use the 10R yokes with 7R taper roller bearings and it all bolts up. You do need to machine or file some material off the 10R top yoke as it fouls the frame. easy done though. If you do want to use the 7R wheel, you'll need new bearings as the 10R forks use a smaller diameter spindle. The calipers will need spacing out by 10mm as well.
