Bandit 1200 clutch problem

Hi Guys

Got a bandit 1200 yesterday, had one a few years ago and really liked it so thought id try another one for the next few months.

Has a problem with the clutch though, when you pull away there is no way to feed the clutch out. It has nothing then all at once. It dosent slip at all when being ridden just has no real control when setting off.

The lever is quite baggy (for want of a better phrase) and the has quite a big bit of travel before it goes. Im thinking the mastercyclinder is buggered? anyideas?
