ant802 Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 hello everyone! Im after finding where to buy axle cup/cones for endurance racing, usually spun alloy and anodised, used to guide an impact wrench onto the axle nut etc for high speed wheel changes. I remember years ago PB had some on the 'in this we trust' section, but i can't find them on the internet for love nor money, to be honest im not sure what to search or what they are called.............................axle cups? cones? wrench guides? tried em all. any help would be appreciated! thanks for reading.
will#224 Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 Aren't they fastened on to the endurance chain adjustment block? I would image the proper job is fabricated to suit. Since Harris can modify swingarms to that spec i imagine they could supply those too.
lorenzo Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 Phase one use the foil trays that individual Mr Kipling pies come in for this very task*.... Cherry bakewells gives you the red, apple gives you green and apple and custard gives you yellow. *This may, or may not, be true. You're full of shit Mille. Everybody knows that Mr Kipling just uses silver on all varieties. Ask him yourself if you don't beleive me.
SeXV Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 I think it's Racefit that make them for GSXR's, I'm sure they'd make you a few if you asked for whatever bike you own. Here you are mate: https://www.racefit.co.uk/shop/store/index.php?c=web2.18
