fran9r Posted December 11, 2009 Report Share Posted December 11, 2009 Kawasaki charge an arm and a leg for ZX9R C/E/F model plug caps/coil in cap/pencil caps whatever you want to call them. They are common to the ZX12R, Z1000, and similar to the ZX6R. The gixxer 600/750/1000 and busa, and the CBR6/10RR are similar... The CBR6RR versions are much cheaper in the US, which definately deserves checking out as a possible source. I've also took a look on the tinternet, and have e-mailed a few possible suppliers re either a high performance (at least in the ZX9 failure is not uncommon) and/or lower cost products...nothing as yet.
