Choke

Not a problem, just want an answer. Why does my fuel injected SRAD have choke lever? My Triumph had FI and didn't need a choke.

Bloody embarrasing this morning, showing it off to my neighbour and his son-in-law and it wouldn't start, then I saw the choke lever. :eusa_think:

It's a fast idle rather than a conventional choke. I presume the trumpet had a pre-set amount of time on fast idle, or possibly until a paticular temperature was met?

Yes it gradually lowered as the temp increased. Normal idle around 45C I think it was.
