Lightening and Balancing - Recommendations sought.

Hellooooo,

Can anyone recommend someone to lighten and balance an ignition timing rotor please?

Had one done before, but they screwed up and the timing ring sheared off the centre piece.

It did seem to make a difference to the way the engine rev'd (before it went tits up, of course) and having finally located a spare rotor, I'd like to have this one done properly.
