spacemonkey Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 Beautiful! It's shameful that if you want a bike like this you have to build it..... I wish the manufacturers were building bikes like this!
Gobert23 Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 Clean, simple and a thing of beauty... Superb
TKDMitch Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 That's proper lovely that. Top job Mitch
nzknut Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 does anyone know if and RS250 shock will fit in an rgv?
ricey3 Posted October 9, 2008 Author Report Posted October 9, 2008 does anyone know if and RS250 shock will fit in an rgv? They do fit after a bit of work, the bottom mount needs opening up by a few mm and the bush in the rgv suspension link also needs a bit of shaving, people say its a good mod. HTH

gnarly Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 As others have said, really nice understated bike there ;) More photos please. I am thinking of buying a carbon rear hugger and front mudguard from Tyga for my RD/RGV hybrid, and one of the RCV211 style seat units for my GSXR.What did you think of the fit/finish etc of the tyga bodywork for your RGV when you bought it?

mgtkr1 Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 ricey, seen it over on the rgv site and ill say it again, its one of the best rgv's ive seen. definitly the best tyga bike. i normally dislike the tyga fairing AND seat as i prefer the tyga seat/std type fairing but you have made it look factory. it must be the classy colour?
uggiebear Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 They do fit after a bit of work, the bottom mount needs opening up by a few mm and the bush in the rgv suspension link also needs a bit of shaving, people say its a good mod. HTH I have an Rs250 shock mounting kit and swinging arm if your interested.... Very nice and tidy rgv and tastefull too.
laney Posted January 8, 2009 Report Posted January 8, 2009 Now thats a nice bike,i bet if you put it on the suzuki stand at the nec, people would think it was a new model!! Oh how i miss my old rgv,sob sob...
YEC_YZF750SP Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 That is "Runway-Model HOT"!! Easily hotter than Cindy Crawford or Tyra Banks for sure! Every time I see a TRICK 250GP race-rep, it always makes me wanna go for that TZR250SPR (3XV) that I've been lusting for!
neonwarhead Posted January 21, 2009 Report Posted January 21, 2009 I really really like that; a non-standard paint job that's an improvement on the original. Truly a rare thing!

Jamboy Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 I had a good looking 91 black RGV250M a couple of years back, starting to want another one now for some reason There such great fun to ride and you just can't replace the smell and nosie with a 4 stroke bike.
gloryforixseal Posted June 16, 2009 Report Posted June 16, 2009 Hi Im thinking of buying the TYGA bodywork-kit for RGV250 VJ22, but I cant afford the whole deal in once. And since I think the tail-part of the RGV needs the upgrade the most, im thinking of just buying the rear/seat/tail-part this season, and the rest when I can afford it. Have anybody tried the same? How does the bike look with only the tail-part fitted? If it just looks stupid, I rather save up and buy all at once. Thanks in advance
