Kawasaki front end mix and match

Hi all, embarking on another project and I really want to clean out the stuff I have accumulated in the garage.  As such, I want to use a bunch of Kawasaki front end bits.  I know that there is a lot of parts compatibility with kwaks...

What I have:

300mm rotors, allegedly from a 2003-04 ZX636

Tokico calipers, from same (I've cleaned them up well -- I know they aren't as good as nissins but they will be fine for my purposes)

2003-04 zx636 yokes

2003-04 zx636 forks -- left leg ok, right leg is in rough shape

A quick search has revealed one or both 2003-04 zx636 fork legs are quite rare.  Those that are available have pits, or great gouges in the fork legs.  Expensive repairs.  Other model years will fit, but ran with larger 310mm rotors, which means machining down the caliper mounts or the brake caliper to work, or buying new rotors ($$).

However, there appear to be a pile of 2004-05 zx10r forks about and everything online says they also use a 300mm rotor.

What I'd like to do:

zx636 yokes I have

tokico calipers I have

300mm rotors I have

Buy a set of 2004-05 zx10R forks

Buy a 2003-04 zx636 3 spoke wheel (to match the 3 spoke rear I intend to use)

Would this all knit together with the proper wheel spacers?

Thanks for any/all advice!

Edit -- I realize the 04/05 zx10r axle is 20mm, whereas the 2003-04 zx6r axle is 24mm.

Generally if you want to use a bigger rotor it's easy with radial brakes, not so with the kawi?

Problem is I have a smaller rotor -- 300 vs 310.  If I wanted to run the later model forks, I'd have to machine 5mm off the calipers or the fork bosses.

If my wheel bearing mix and match search works, I could use a 1998-99 zx9r 3 spoke wheel with the zx10r forks...

A zx9r c1 wheel and discs are the right spindle diameter and disc diameter but you need to know the width of the zx6 yokes as that determines the width of the throat in the calipers for the discs to clear, to run 310mm discs you don’t have to machine anything as you just buy different size caliper spacers as your moving the calipers out not in.
