Knocker56
Hi folks, I am contemplating on replacing my starter clutch assembly on my 1985 GPz750 Unitrack and was wondering if there were any tips out there to make the job a bit easier? Can it be done with the engine still in the frame? Best place to get the parts from? Just rollers and springs required? Anyone got a link to a UK based video that isn't in twenty parts with an American accent lol, or info that may help all gratefully received. I have a bit of mechanical knowledge but no real specialist tools and due to the current situation no one to hold the other end of the spanner lol. Cheers Knocker56

hawkati
drop the engine out. That might well seem like a lot of grief but it's a fine opportunity to get the engine completely sorted and luvverly again. A trolley jack and a hammer will help. I had a starter clutch let go on my gpz750 but unfortunately that was at speed and it took out the entire crank etc so the engine was scrap.
