Fairing Bracket

Anyone know of a company that makes fairing brackets?

Or perhaps a universal type bracket that can be shaped to fit?

I need something that connects the two points ⭕ in the picture, perhaps a sort of flattened out ‘S’ shape, and reverse for t’other side.
