levo
On my project bike. It has ebc discs and cos it hasn't been used in a while the discs are rusty,so what do I do ? Do I run it for bit with the shitty pads and let them clean them up then change pads or lightly sand them?

thefatman
A mile down the road will do it even if they are thick with rust.

jaycee
The discs on my SRAD do this, especially if I've ridden in the rain and put the bike away wet, which is why I suspect they might be cast iron. I've taken to just riding the thing and it clears up in a mile or so
