laney
Right then,my speed triple had a front mounted speedo sensor (see picture), but ive now changed the front end to a gsxr set up.There is no way on gods green earth that im going to fit the triumph sensor into the suzuki set up,but i would really like to keep the standard clocks on the bike and get the speedo to work.......Any ideas???? Evilchicken0
I take it the Gix set up is a front end and there isn't any room for a speedo drive and the wheel to fit between the forks ??? You might find an earlier Suzuki wheel will fit, Suzuki stuff has a habit of being interchangable so the spindle size could be the same. the problem will be the o/a width of the hub and drive versus your wheel hub. Hopefully they didn't change the brake disk centers .... Really the easiest thing is to swap the clocks
laney
Thanks guys, the front end is 2008,so i dont want to be putting older wheels in.The space between the wheel and the fork legs is about 10mm. I might attack the sensor with a saw,and see what i can dig out!!
