Tomfoolery
Evening all, I may have to replace the seal on the gearbox output shaft (or the clutch slave cylinder, I'm not sure yet) and was wondering if this can be done with the engine in situ? It's a '96 M750. Cheers!
srad34
The OE Clutch slave cylinder leaking is pretty common & mine was a right mess. This can be removed in situ, just 3 5mm allen bolts. (Mine was weeping but you could tell as the fluid in the master cyliner was getting cloudy after a couple of days use, crap getting in I guess). One Oberon SC upgrade fitted and bled in 30 mins and all is well plus a damn site less wrist ache!
srad34
On original monsters the clutch salve cylinder is built into the clutch cover.... Ohh, my bad
