As long as they don't foul the mudguard or forks you will pass scrutineering. Routing the hoses around the outside will look heaps better, but will rub the forks on full extension. If they don't rub the forks, they will be wide enough to catch the side fairing, so mount them behind the forks Get a Mityvac for less swearing.
