Mr.Incredible
Hello. My 900SS had a pull type brake light switch bodged onto the footrest hanger with a cable tie and then the pull spring cable tied to the brake lever. Not ideal, so I have removed it. I have been recommended to fit a pressure switch, such as the one in this picture: As I haven't seen one before, I need to get my thick head around how it works. I am assuming it replaces the current bolt that holds the rear brake hose, and that the rear brake hose is looped onto it before it bolts on. Is that correct? V6Jon
They just replace the banjo bolt holding the hose into the master cylinder. Copper washer on bolt, through the end of the hose, another copper washer and screw (snigger) into the master cylinder
