A question for the SRAD gurus out there....

Can a carbed 600 cdi be used on my 750T ? I have found a yoshi 600 cdi and was wondering if it could be plug and played or reflashed to suit the 750

Is your bike carb or injection? also is £300 CDI worth an extra few hundread rpm? have you modded the rest of the engine to get the most out of that CDI unit? spend the money on getting the head flowed instead you would get more out of it.

Yep the 750T is carbed and not injected. It is going into my race bike so yes, this is the direction that I want to head to along with appropriate engine mods.

Anyone able to shed any light on the cdi?

Cheers MM and SS, You blokes are worth your weight in gold! :icon_salut:

Sie if you do get a hold of him can you just mention my question if its not to much of a bother?

MM, I got in contact with carrillo as h beams are nowhere to be found here or overseas. They will do a set to order for 1300usd which is a bit painful but curse the expense! Just got to convince yoshi to do some of their fabled type b stuff now.....

I should have a breathed on head coming up shortly, Mez Porting job and if it's the same as the other one that I've been playing with, should be the dog's.
